I went ahead and put up the mushroom ones in the store, and they worked perfectly and now I am crazy to do more. Plus, making a mistake is not an issue, since you can re-do them over and over.

forwalls vinyl decals are made from high quality removable vinyl and can be easily removed without damaging the walls.

They can be applied to almost any surface including painted walls (allow a 3 week drying period on freshly painted walls), wall-paper, counter tops, windows, mirrors and tiles. They will not adhere to cloth, stucco, brick or similar uneven surfaces including some wall papers.
