Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and we want The Pajama Squid shopping experience to be fun and easy. If, however, you are not completely satisfied, you can return any regular priced item within 14 days of purchase, unused and in original condition for a full refund.
Returns received after 14 days will be issued store credit; however, store credit is not applied if item is returned after 30 days.
If you intend to return an item please first send an e-mail to sales@thepajamasquid.com containing:
- your name
- the item you are returning
- the reason for the return
- whether you would like an exchange or a refund

For your protection, we recommend you return all items via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx and record the tracking number. Original shipping charges and cost of return are not included in refund or exchange. Please allow 1-2 weeks for us to refund your credit card upon receipt of returns or 3-5 business days for shipping an exchange.
